In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service, and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than this amount of notice will be subject to a full charge.

Patch Tests to Keep You Safe

All colour services, eyelash and eyebrow tints, and lash lifts require a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment, this is then valid for a 6 month period.

If you have not had a patch test with us before, or it has been longer than 6 months since we last did the service you would like to book, you will need to have another one before we can proceed with your appointment. 

We cannot provide colour services for those in their first trimester of pregnancy and always recommend getting advice from your doctor first.

We are also unable to provide any colour services to children under the age of 16 years old and those under the age of 18 will require their parent’s written consent.
